Time is the latest release from pop artist Brian McKnight, and I can only think of one word to describe it ... AWESOME!

I wish it was not the case, but it's not every day that I have a CD from an artist, I can hear easily and comfortably in pop, from the beginning to get to the end. There is usually one or two songs that I just can not force myself to get through. Absolutely not the case always be there. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from beginning toto end.

It is a rare day indeed that I have a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say, has a bad track in the bunch to get. I am more than happy to announce that exactly what I have to say about it. There simply is not bad in the pile. No fillers here at all, with each song standing tall on it's own.

Anytime has a nicely varied, mix of 12 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly gifted artist. With many of the songs a lot of shows on the typeEmotion that makes for a really great listen. Of course, imagine drawing from what I can only have his own personal experiences. At various points, the real emotions like love, heartbreak, pain, failed relationships and unattainable romance touch. They're all here.

Anytime I give my highest recommendation. It simply belongs in every level of serious music collectors collection regardless of genre preference.

10 Ways to Be Good to Yourself While Grieving

Grief is exhausting. In some ways, it is like running a marathon. You have to be in good shape and stay that way. If you are going to be able to help others you need to be good to yourself. Though I have tried to do this I forget sometimes.

I keep working on self-care, however, and here are some of the ways I am good to myself while grieving for four loved ones.

1. Get moving. Grief is an assault on body and mind, according to grief expert Therese A. Rando, PhD. Exercise is one of the best ways to treat this attack. Whether, weightlifting, cycling or walking is jazzercize, exercise helps to keep your body in good condition and after Rando ", provides an outlet for the stressful emotions of grief."

2. Add flowers. African violets have always been one of my favorite plants. Still are, but orchids are my new favorite. I always have a thriving orchid in the house. Dad Loves His Work is the latest version of pop artists James Taylor, and is another winner from this talented musician.

Unfortunately, it is not every day that I have a CD from an artist, I can hear easily and comfortably in pop, from the beginning to get to the end. There is usually one or two songs that I just can not force myself to get through. Absolutely not the case with Dad Loves His Work. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from beginning to end.

JamesTaylor may have the property, you win with him talent alone. The kind of artist I really enjoy listening to.

If you even mildly into Pop music you will enjoy this album. Overall, Dad Loves His Work is an excellent release. I give it my double thumbs up. You will not be disappointed with a single title.

While this entire album is really very good the songs are really outstanding track 3 - hour, the Morning Comes, length 5 - Believe It or Not,Length and 7 - just for me.

What Is Soca Music?

This material is known primarily for people who are new to this genre of music designed to soca. As an artist, soca song was in the last eight years, exposure, and who has won Caribbean wide soca competitions, I will humbly attempt to present a comprehensive introduction to soca music.

( "Wine" from the word "wind is derived, and is a kind of dance, from the hipMovements). Crowd reaction is key.

Trinidad and Tobago Soca artist was credited with the launch of Super Blue "jump and wave" craze. His success with this type of soca was so incredible that since then most soca songs are with a lot written answer in mind.

Today, the challenge for power soca songwriters is, songs that move the audience, but writing is not a regurgitation of the jump and wave theme. This is not the easiest of tasks due to the nature of the festival that socaMusic is centered around. Soca music is largely carnival music. Since Carnival is all about jumping and waving, the music that drives them to be able to produce such activities. More and more artists to write songs in the following, not necessarily based on "jump and wave" or waving rags and flags. For example, some have argued that Alison Hinds' hit "Roll It Gal" influence is not really a soca song but an R & B song with a West Indian. While I can not hold this view, is to show that it no clear distinctions and definitions. Soca> Music, like other forms of music is an art and can not be confined to a specific or exclusive form.

As an artist, I havehad my own battles. However, gaining so much fun that it can be difficult to quit, too. Fans will be able to pressure an artist to compete against their will inexorably. The way how these competitions are set up, it's easy to remain unnoticed, if not to be, unless if you are already strongly established in the market.

Popular soca performers include Machel Montano, Destra, Alison Hinds, Atlantik, KMC, Shurwayne Winchester, Denise Belfon, Bomani, Bunji Garlin, Iwer George, Bomani, KevinLyttle, Tizzy, Maximus Dan, Mr Killa, Mantius, Fireman Hooper, Jamesy P, Tallpree, Claudette Peters, Burning Flames, Nicole David, Ricky T, Qpid and Krosfyah.

So I've always wondered why I crave sugar so much especially after I take a meal. I do not have one days leave without finding something with sugar in it to satisfy my need. Some days I can get a little carried away.

Why is this so?

Sweet cravings are a number of reasons. To overcome this addiction, it is important to understand why they occur.

Part of your cravings exist due to the habit. You mustfulfills this need in the past after a meal with something sweet. Then suddenly it becomes a part of your thinking.
